Refund Policy

We want you to love every item you receive from One Bag Beauty. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Perfumes must have their seal intact

  • Travel-size products must be unworn and undamaged

Refunds are not available for:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products returned after the 14-day window

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at onebagbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • We’ll notify you via email once your refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
